Now that I am logging in all my food I have noticed that I do not have much fiber in diet. I would like to add more to my diet. Let me know what your doing to get your fiber.

I make a pasta salad that has whole grain pasta, spinach, tomatoes, black beans and fresh mozzarella. 10 grams of fiber is about 34 a cup. :)
Alos any kind of seed (Sunflower, pomegranted, Pumpkin) is good for fiber too. :)

    Triscuts!

I use wraps - La Tortilla Soft Flour Wraps (made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil) have some ridiculous amounts of fiber. I think its like 13 or something.

Also, Black Beans are an awesome source of fiber. :) Otherwise, I try to eat things that have a tendency towards being fibrous - Eggplant, Yams, Lentils, Etc...

Berries are high in fiber so any of those will help you out, especially blueberries and raspberries. I make berry smoothies several times a week which give me a good amount of fiber on those days. Also, making wraps with whole wheat or whole grain tortillas is good. I also really love the fiber select wheat thins! On days when I'm low on fiber I try to eat those as my snack and it gives it a decent boost.

Fruit (especially apples and berries, I particularly love fresh raspberries mixed in to my yogurt), potatoes (both sweet potatoes and white potatoes), veggies (carrot sticks with lunch every day is just a start), whole grain (oatmeal for breakfast, or I stir in oat bran with my cream of wheat), nuts (one of my favorite "desserts" is Blue Diamond oven roasted brown sugar cinnamon almonds) and beans -- being careful to get low sodium/low fat varieties such as Trader Joe's Great Northern Beans with sea salt. I try to get fiber from a wide variety of foods and not from supplements.
