Will be easy after you do it for a week. Once you cut things out of your diet you stop craving them. I, however would not be able to go completely sugar-free because I love my fruit.

Just eat some dark chocolate. I have dessert every single night & save calories for it. cinnamon, nutmeg & a tsp of brown sugar ALWAYS then add: bananas/blueberries or apples & pecans or almonds can also cook it with 1 whole egg to give it a custardy taste

Yikes...I wasn't being "snippy" I'm actually anemic so am pretty well fatigued all day which is why I need an extra boost. Have tried fasted workouts, but usually can't even makr them halfway through. Thanks for all the other suggestions guys!

Yes, unfortunately. Driving me crazy. and I only have 20lbs to lose. Hoping I only drop 1 dress size so that I can possibly wear pieces from my current wardrobe. Have too many clothes to have to throw any of them out!

That is not a NORMAL breakfast. MAYBE once a week as a Sunday brunch. Thinking that this is normal is the exact reason why America has an obesity problem. You people have too much time on your hands/waste too much money on water! I shower 6x a week(because let's face it sunday is usually a lazy day and I don't even get dressed), wash my hair 3-4x a week.
