  • Great work everyone! OP you did amazing! I cut from 212 to 167 without much exercise, just calorie restrictions. I have no pics of skinny fat me, it wasn't pretty. In this pic I'm back up to 178 on Body Beast, but kept my waist size at 32". I'm not done, just closer.....
  • Bulk Arms it went well, weights jumped from Beast Phase. I'm guessing because I'm eating like a beast. I swapped out my rest days and cardio for Tempo back and Bis and Bulk Arms. This round is all about the arms. Nutrition good, but I'm not done. Water is very good, I'm at 16 cups. Getting kind of lonely in here...LOL
