Hello all. I'm new here, but have recently lost 45 lbs, 11 inches off my waist and got to 12% body fat. I changed from Noom for the higher level of detail available here. I would enjoy any suggestions on body beast, but right now eating 2800 calories is major issue. I spent 6 months at 1200 to 1600 to cut weight.
