  • Good day for water and nutrition. Beast Total Body and Abs, I had a good work out. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill. I'm thinking Insanity is pulling my intensity down down, I'm going to ease up just a bit so I don't jeopardize my Beast workouts.

  • Bulk Beast Arms and Cardio. I had a great workout, but too many interruptions. Water, 12 cups. Nutrition was within 5% of my goals. Not too shabby, i usually get off on my fat and I finish my protein goal regardless.
  • Two day check in for me. Yesterday I had an unscheduled day off. Today back on track with Bulk Back. It was a morning workout and those are really satisfying. Nutrition, yesterday was bad; the pizza was awesome. I just need to order less. Today was very good. Water was good both days.

  • Huge Beast Bulk Arms and Abs for me too. I put a lot of effort into squeezing the muscle group being isolated as Sagi asked. I don't think I ever squeezed that hard on every rep. I added 2 sets of v pushups. I stayed on the floor to cool off and woke up 30 minutes later, lol. Nutrition and water was very good today.

  • I liked the Tempo workouts. Try them, you'll really feel it. The extra time on the negative set really left me with the shakes afterwards. I wouldn't call them easier, you'll just be more focused on the negative portion of your lift. It takes a lot more focus on the DVD.
