  • I have a body bugg and don't put any of my exercise on MFP it is too complicated and time consuming. My body bugg app syncs with MFP though and adjusts your calories for each day. A really great tool! I LOVE MINE. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

  • def need to know your total intake for the day..... just reading that seems like it is not enough calories for the amt of time you exercise.... Which will put you into starvation mode and hurt your matabolism. Good luck!!
  • I agree!!! I stay away from dairy for the most part but i buy plain greek yogurt and add a small amount of organic honey but i put all that into my Avocado smoothies for breakfast. Even natural sugars are still sugars though!!! Really the best thing to do is try and just eat more veggies and lean meats than anything else.…
  • I have lost like 60 lbs in the last few years ( i was pregnant ) i exercise about 5 days a week and mine have always stayed the same. 34D. I lose in my belly first, i think that if i got really thin which is not what i am going for then they would but everyone is different.
