I don't have any proper scales in my house so weigh myself on the Wii fit, however when I do pop to MIL I always jump on her scales, this is usually in the afternoon and I tend to weigh 2lbs less on her scales than what the Wii fit says... so how do you know how many calories you burn when you do these? I am trying to be really good keeping track.

I used to use 3 tbsp carnation french vanilla creamer per cup x 3 cups... over 300 calories that i didnt need per day. cut out the cream altogether and just one pk of equal per cup. Still 3 per day tho

I am very aware of what it does. The first thing i did was look up everything that can go on with this. I quit smoking, cut out all soda drink only water. I have never been a big eater and am usually under the correct calorie count which i know is just as bad as being over. cut back on fruits and added more vegatables.…

i have been seeing a diatician, which is why i have been able to get the numbers in good places. i also see a weight management specialist. neither know why i havent been able to lose weight.
