Type 2 Diabetic & heart problems

Hi, Are there any others out there with heart problems (defective valve & A-Fib all being controled by meds) and type 2 diabetic? It is really hard to manage everything. Looking for others with same problems

    Type 2 but not the heart problems... yet.. trying to prevent all that :)

    Although I don't have heart problems as of this time but we have a family history of heart disease. I'm a type 2 diabetic but lately I'm able to manage my blood sugar to a pre-diabetic level, many thanks to heavy weight lifting :D
