Definitely popcorn! It takes a long time to eat too if you eat it piece by piece. I also like flavored seltzer water when I smoke. The bubbles fill me up. Just have to make sure you don't get a kind with a lot of sodium.

Counting riding as part of everyday life as its my job! I log excersise when I do boot camp with my personal trainer or do body pump class or elliptical at the y. Everything I else I do I want to incorporate into daily activity. Thanks!

I've used the it works wraps for this. I know they are not popular here and I do NOT think they make you lose weight or even the amount of inches they claim, but for me at least I saw a noticeable difference and liked the way they felt. Flavored seltzee water or tea sometimes help. But honestly I just make sure to plan something into my day for after I smoke. My biggest problem is portions when I have the mnchies so I just make sure to be strict about measuring

Day one level one completed. I tried this about a year ago and could get through 10 minutes so I'm psyched. Not only did I do it. I actually LIKED it!!!! I may feel differently in the morning though!

I do this my job and day to day life leaves me lightly active so that's what I set my calories to but I feel I'm on the fringe of bring moderately active. I then eat back all of my excersise calories. I think it motivates me to work out! I'm 5'4 195 lbs down from 250 in September and I net 1770.

Where are you finding chicken parm for 400?!!! That's my absolute fave but its usually a lot higher cal in restaurants! But to answer your question I always say if its a once in a while thing enjoy yourself!

I think it depends on how much you put into it. When I'm just hacking around prob not much of a burn. I don't know if this is any better for you due to artificial sweeteners but I put a little bit of mio flavor into sodium free seltzer water. At least there is less sodium than diet soda! It really hits the spot when I'm craving something sweet and fizzy!
