Its hard for me sometimes to not eat over my cals. I exercise and then I know that the extra food I did have which put me over is now okay due to exercise. I dont exercise during period due to the heaviness of period and cramping. I try to take it easy during the first 3-4 days after that it usually easies up and I can do light stuff like walking to beach etc

I am too lazy so I use yoghurt, any type fruit so strawberries, blackberries, banana pick your fav. then add milk.. I am not one for weird smoothies just want ones where I dont need buy hundred weird ingredients and not like the taste. I like simple smoothies so far have not had one I didnt like.

okay still feeling hungry even though my homemade butter chicken was heap of calories and if I eat anything else I am bound to go over even with my exercise today :(

I did that but think I am only hungry due to snacking alot before MFP. I think its due to boredom but not sure as I dont feel full.

I had coffee and cereal this morning. A salad ,an apple and then for dinner 2 beef wraps with tomato, lettuce, cheese. I had a tea after dinner...10 glasses of water. Food diary now available

You can see Im outta touch with things lol and Im only 30 yrs old. I didn't know there were such things all I have been doing is walking to the beach and along it and then coming home. I dont own a treadmill so this is the only way I can get moving. Wish you all the best with it

Hiya At first medication made me put on weight but when I was depressed I eat more and then some of the time I would eat nothing or skip meals or eat bad fatty foods coz they were easy to get. I have started walking from home to my local beach 5 min drive it took me an hour to walk there I was so slow. I will try to walk every morning. I felt really good from it. I also have hand weights and bike at home which will do 2 times a week.
