Eat more. Your deficit is already built into your budget. Forget eating low calorie things and diet foods.0

Your daily calorie GOAL is 1500 - meaning you should reach that goal. Eating drastically under your goal is just setting yourself up for failure.0

I would check this thread out:

So that's only making it to 64% of goal.
You willing to stop your weight loss to 64% of goal too? So only lose 13 kg?
Actually, keep eating like that daily, and your body may just force that result on you anyway.0 -
I don't believe you HAVE to meet your calorie goal. Some days you just aren't as hungry as others, and a little more deficit on one day means a little bit more weight lost. I was set on a 1600 calorie goal, but didn't worry about hitting it... I counted it as my 'max' ... I did however Make 100% sure I netted over 1200 calories a day. Because some days I ate 1000 calories happily, because the food I ate that day was low calorie, But then I would burn a additional 300 calories. So I'd go get myself a nice big cup of chocolate milk or Juice witch is good for me, and yummy... but so high in calories I tended to skip them on other days.0

Thank you all for your comments and the links. I have readjusted dinner because partner is cooking so now I am closer to the 1500 lol due to the homemade chicken schnitzel he is making. I now after reading a few posts and talking to some friends on here I now get what I need to do. I guess I am strict on myself because I can eat a whole bag of potato chips and a whole tub of ice cream due to my depression. So for me I need to watch what I am eating in this regard. I cannot have too many treats as then I know I will not continue this.
I guess I just want to be able to be honest with myself0
