It still has calories (10 per serving instead of 15 like sugar) and doesn't affect you the way sugar does. It's good for diabetics I believe. Tastes exactly like sugar to me and it's natural, not artifical.

  • Interesting! It's actually one of those manual scales at the gym - not digital. The ones where you have to move the weight until it's balanced.

  • Good luck!!! I have a couple of friends who are trying to gain weight also without just gaining in the belly (that tends to happen as you age, but you hopefully wont have that problem at 21).

  • Wine may be my worst enemy. I am trying to cut back. used to have a glass a night and more on weekends, but now trying only to have a couple of glasses (3) one night during the weekend. It's hard but so far so good! (2 weeks in)
