Your too skinny is what I get most of the time.

Tried your Coonbrand suggestion and it worked. I even added Cooncheese to the database and that also worked. May not have to worry about it in the future if they are trying to change the brand name. I knew the name came from Edward Coon and never really associated it with anything else. You learn something new everyday.

Yes I would say certain words are flagged as I did what you said and added coon-brand cheese as the name to the database and while it let me add it to my food diary under that name I could not find it in the main food database so that is what it looks like they are doing. No user could find and edit the name in under 10…

Yeah I just used Bega cheese instead. I did try and add the Coon cheese back into the main database and it accepted it but I looked it up a minute later and I could not find it. No big deal but I thought it was a bit odd that only a few months ago it showed up but not now. I live in Sydney so I have not heard that word…

Yes I might just use Bega instead

I haven't heard that word used for anything else but cheese here in Australia.

When I type Coon in the food database it gives me two types of chocolate coons (whatever they are) to choose from but when I type in Coon cheese it gives me all the other brands of cheese but Coon. Coon cheese is still available in my personal food diary but only in slices, I wanted the calories in Coon block cheese and…

Your maintenance calories change as you lose weight so you would have to adjust your calories as you lose weight. My maintenance calories was 2500 so to lose weight I dropped my daily calories to 2000. I have been losing 1/2 a kilo a week which is good as I don't want to lose muscle. You want to lower calories slowly as…

Maybe your TDEE is closer to 2200 cals than 2500 at the moment?

Most of my dinners involve half a plate or more of steamed fresh vegetables bought from a farmers market, meat and chicken which is usually grass-fed and fish. This is turkey steaks grilled on my George Foreman which is quite lean and high in protein.

I eat around 2.2g of protein per kg of bodyweight which is around 145g per day and is just over what the AIS recommend as I do weight training 7 days a week. Yes too much protein can be dangerous especially on your kidneys. Just calculate your TDEE as mentioned in the getting started post above. I like the Scooby Workshop…

Welcome to MFP. I have lost around 45 kg eating a higher protein diet (not too high) lots of good healthy fats and I cut out refined carbohydrates. I am now in maintenance at 65.8kg after being 110kg at my heaviest but I am trying to increase muscle so I need a bit more protein in my diet. Everbody is different and they…

Enjoy stuffing your face with bacon and eggs, it's part of a low carb diet. I do that every weekend without the toast of course. Nothing wrong with a 4lb loss. I weigh myself every Sunday morning before breakfast and measure my waist which I find tells me exactly how I'm doing. How your clothes fit also gives you a better…

I've started to take 5 grams of magnesium everday and it has helped immensely with my energy levels. Also not enough sodium in your diet can cause issues such as lightheadedness, fatigue, and headaches. Sodium is a crucial electrolyte in the body and this can become problematic when the kidneys dump too much of it whilst…

Around 80g carbs which most of it comes from my steel cut oats in the morning. Been in Ketosis but find I do better on 55% fat 35% protein 10% carbs. Staying under 100g carbs gives me more variety as I do enjoy eating but not the same foods everyday. Was 110kg but now in maintenance at between 65-66kg.

What you say you are eating looks very low in calories. They say a minimum of 1200 calories a day should be consumed. I wouldn't be surprised if your body's metabolism isn't slowing down to compensate for your sudden lack of food. Read this - https://authoritynutrition.com/starvation-mode/

What is your daily calorie intake and how did you measure your body fat percentage?
-
As others have said, more sodium and lots of water. Your calories look a bit too low so your body tries to hold onto any weight when it's not getting enough calories to do your normal daily functions. Maybe you can throw in 40 grams of salted Macadamia nuts as a snack. That will increase your calories and also increase…

If thats a recent photo of you and you have logged that you only want to lose 5lbs I would not get hung up on macros as such yet. If you have had blood test etc for general health and they are all fine then just watch your calories and do some exercise whether it be cardio or weights or both. The only thing I try to watch…

Well said. My family thinks I'm nuts too.

Why not add protein powder to your milk or add it to plain yoghurt as a flavouring. Nuts, eggs, cheese and turkey are good sources of protein also.
-
Agree with most people here. I would say 23 to 24% bodyfat. Watch your macros and good luck.
