Only way I can manage my appetite a lot better. I basically eat after getting home from work. Routine is usually like the below. M-F: wake up at 6am go to work, come home around 5pm workout with BCAA then eat from 6pm to 10pm. Weekends arent too much different I may just not fast longer.
-
I agree with this but I personally have found one scoop of whey protein isolate after a workout to help me recover. Usually add in some BCAA's also.

Dr. Mercola is Dr. Oz's brother LOL both of which I do not follow or trust. Its very hard to avoid the stuff as its in a lot of things we eat... Even healthy organic items can have it.
-
I eat it minimally just in my coffee or tea sometimes no fear consuming it whatsoever.
-
I think my PBJ alone is 1200 LOL

Why do we all seem to just bash each other in here??? Do some cardio, do some lifting, eat happily ever after and be done with it. Seems every time I come in here theres a discussion about whos right and who's wrong LOL
-
If a person GOT out of her/his way and went outside to WALK briskly then yes I would log that but mall shopping? Your kidding right???
-
I dont count mall walking its pretty pointless unless your in denial and just making an excuse that mall walking is actually exercise! To be considered exercise there needs to be at least a moderate effort and no stops at the food court either!
-
THIS! The equipment! And lube LOL

Shakeology is just like Dr. Oz's green coffee bean extract and raspberry ketones... They are full of bull**** and make you poor! I do however like Allmax Nutrition Natural Isoflex or NOWS organic whey but in all honestly the best I have tried is ON's natural whey.
-
I used to think that I had to have my tea or coffee sweetened but I have learned to drink my tea or coffee just black and I have noticed its much nicer without sweeteners because you can taste the true beverage!
-
I would echo what above have said add in some leg work. If you can have access to kettle bells the swing and few other exercises can work your entire body. How are you feeling on 1500 calories? If your progressing and feeling good thats all that matters.
-
Doesnt Dr. Oz advocate green coffee bean? That would work ;)
-
Fat and muscle are two different identities you cant turn one into the other. You can however change the ratios of each by losing body fat and gaining muscle or gaining body fat and losing muscle. ;) Whos Dr. Oz?

Congrats

I would take out "unhealthiest" from the title! It sounds so wrong! There are no unhealthy meals or foods!

This is the best! When I go out I usually eat before I go so that I am not hungry when I get to the place a grilled chicken salad and water does the trick as I am not hungry anyways but still in the social picture. Same at work when the donuts come or there is meetings with food I ask that they have fruit available or even…

Someones been reading Wheat Belly LOL
-
My thought too!
-
When I was on Glutamine I have found it did help with cravings a little.
-
I would agree with this also. The more strict I was with myself the more I binged. I havent binged in a bout six months now. Low calories does this more then anything else!
-
Its all a matter of perception really. When i was heavier i enjoyed it all going out and all that. now that I have changed lifestyle i rather not do those things because in honestly it doesn't feel good after a while.
-
Wow... Your all still going! Love it... Going to do some kettle bell swings now lol
-
Someone needs to piss off a moderator to shut this spinning wheels thread down lol.
-
Amen!

Have read this before great read!

What it boils down to is appetite regulation. Whatever causes you to manage your intake better will make you eat less.
-
Actually is it really absurd? Society has you thinking that breakfast should be your largest meal too. The average person who follows this also might have a big lunch, a big dinner and not to mention snacks.. when you eat big constantly and over eat constantly you get fat. Skipping breakfast is a way of caloric restriction…

Goblet squats are awesome!

Eating more doesnt equal more weight loss. Its being diligent consistently watching portions and exercising. You cant change physics and the energy equation. if you eat more then what you burn you will gain weight no matter what you do. Paleo or low carb is another good example just because these have their own properties…
