Protein kind of leaves me hungry at times even if I have a good sized steak etc. I think the 1g/lb is good to with but even that I find a bit too much for the average person who is strength training and just wanting to look good.

I have had the question asked to me many times but when people find out that I fast, I workout a lot and watch my diet more they seem to run away LOL. Seriously I have quit trying to make this happen because it just doesnt workout for me. I have a couple friends that do compete in figure and are like minded so I hang out…

The answer is not always eat more! But I agree 1200 is not any magic, if you feel weak or have blood sugar issues have healthy snacks readily available its not rocket science about the 1200.

Grocery stores here have awesome healthy fresh take out!

On the way home I usually pick up half chicken dinner which includes half chicken BBQ or rotisserie LOL and two sides either salad or veggies with rice or roasted potatoes. I also get a dessert. This costs me about $70-80 a week. I believe that if your single and living on your own you shouldnt have to cook or prep as long…

Pretty much all I drink is green tea with some stevia and couple cups of water. Its a myth that tea or coffee dehydrates you! The liquid content of tea compensates for the diuretic effect of the caffeine. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/caffeinated-drinks/AN01661 There are many resources on this.

I agree! I look way better without clothes then with clothes. You really cant go by just one set of photos.

I have had a dexa scan in the past showing a bmr of about 1600 calories.

I drink some green tea or a glass of water thats it.

Using exercise as your deficit is a smart way to go... I always believed that inactivity does in fact make our bodies use food less efficiently.

I did this for a very long time before I started intermittent fasting. Now I eat from 5-10pm then go to bed at 11pm works awesome to keep me nice and full and fuel those evening munchies.

I did this for the longest time and still do but for me its called some what of maintenance. My appetite goes up or down so eating less and eating more is normal for me and thus some days its a fat loss day and some days are mass gaining days. This process takes a longer time but in my experience is safer to not gain too…

This is how to get your protein... Who needs BCAA's during workout anyways when you can have steak!
-
I do this often with green tea or coffee! I say go for it! I actually did this once drinking whey during my dumb years of trying broscience out lol

I battled excess skin for over two years before I went under the knife to cut it off... Best decision ever! BUT within those two years Yanicka said it very well its ALOT easier to hide!!! Also its hard to say how your body responds to a large amount of weight lost. The biggest thing is not do anything stupid like crash…

Aren't we all creeps in our own special way? This is where creeps unite!

I'd rather sleep through it

True story!

For better or worse... Let me die slowly... Death by Boston Cream donuts and Splenda! MMM.
-
What??? There are no bad carbs they are all yummy... Moderation is key!
-
But the MFP protocol suggests we do cardio to eat more... I still think that regardless of how much we eat we should not go crazy with any type of exercise. I do tabata and find thats more than enough to stimulate fat loss in ways that normal cardio can't.

Just another diet book advocation another persons beliefs. Some of it applies and some doesn't. I quit reading about fitness because its all the same crap over and over again.
