  • Sorry, I mispoke. It was supposed to be two months, doh! I was thinking one goal could be to get on a basic schedule cause I just kinda go in and do whatever as long as I havent done it the day before and I do couch to 5k about 3 days out of the week.

  • Okay, I just end up going over on my sugar on MFP a lot (mainly because my breakfast shake has a decent amount in it) I figured that was bad.

  • I went ahead and managed to eat a crunchy peanut butter sandwich and had a tall glass of milk with it, put me up to 1640 calories. Much better!
