I started a little challenge for myself at my desk, since I need to move more during the day, decided to do squats twice a day...so far at 30 today! I plan to increase by at least 5 each day. Imagine if I do this every work day....!!

Like the idea of a thread for recipes and ideas for what to eat during the day!

First goal: get back on the exercise train. 3 days per week and eating cleaner!! not more treats. Then next goal is to lose 20lbs in 12 weeks.

Would love some sort of fitness challenge each day to keep motivated. IE. throw out a mini challenge every day, 20 squats, 20 crunches or an extra walk...etc.

Biggest Challenges: Staying motivated and consistently exercising....I do go for about 2-3 weeks and then fall of the wagon and sometimes takes me a month or more to get back on. Chocolate, Candy, chips = JUNK FOOD!
