Bump...I wld love to change it up! My current recent lunch is a 100 cal wrap with chicken and cheese...not to filling but its under 500 cals so u cld add to it. Im not a veggie fan so adding some of them may work :)

I try not to go to the scale more then once a month. I look at it this way if my pants start to fall off im doing good.. I also use pics a lot.
