Usually: Take a shower. I eat dinner. Sleep. I do feel pretty good after working out. I used to get the runners high every so often that really rocked. I don't do as much cardio anymore and strength training though.

Go with your home scale. That is what you usually weigh yourself on. 7lbs isn't going to make a huge difference on your daily calorie allowance. On the Calorie Calculators you are talking 20 to 30 calories.
