Besides the other medical concerns (which you do need to get checked out) I have lost 59LBS in 7 months because I had an eating disorder called over eating and not taking care of myself. I would discuss further with her or seek a second opinion.

Getting to the work out is the hardest, once you start it will becomes easy. Today I really did not want to work out, I had not worked out since Friday as well. But once I got there, I quickly had been on the elliptical for 30 minutes and decided what the heck is another 10 minutes. I feel great and it is easier not to…

iPhone 4s along with an iPad and computer, they all work great together. The only issue I have is the iPhone does great scanning bar codes and the iPad sucks for it. Otherwise everything else works great.

When I started I was using a bike and treadmill, I have now switched to an elliptical which is the best both worlds.

Since I hate Skim milk, I have switched to unsweetened almond milk.

You want to have some form of Protein within 30 minutes of working out...a hard boiled egg with the yoke removed or a piece of beef jerky is great. Otherwise your body will starve it self, causing you to not lose the weight.
