  • My doctor recommended it as I have vitamin B-12 deficiency and I don't eat meat. He recommended that I have it twice a week as one of the main sources.

  • I dont recommend that you take it on your own! Get a blood test and see how much you need if any. I have severe vitamin D deficiency I take 50,000 IU once per week. Check with your doctor first...Good luck hope you don't need it :)
  • I am doing the 5:2 diet. it helped me lose 25 lbs since January. You wont go into starvation mode. First there is no such thing .   • I use canderel sweetner everyday with my coffee and a use white sugar with my tea. Lost 36 lb and couldn't feel any side effects. Everything in moderation can never be bad. If we had to assess every single thing we eat and touch it would be nonsense. Enjoy your coffee and stevia as you like it
