Saturday I plan to go to my walking group in the morning (ugh...730). We are meeting along the local greenbelt trail along the river that runs through my town. Then I plan to ride my bike to a town about 20 miles away where my son is in a race in the evening. I am one of the volunteers that will be setting up the course.…

Are they 18 month twins? If so I would think just keeping up with them once they learn to run would burn a lot of calories. When kids are young I think that the more you do with them in terms of going for walks, playing outdoors, swimming, etc. the better. Good luck and enjoy them while they are young. Mine are 17 and 20…

I live in Southern Idaho but I have heard about a few fun things to do in Northern Idaho. I got a Fitbit One about ten days ago and have been using it constantly since then. I got the One because it also monitors sleep. I wanted a Flex but everyplace said they were on backorder for up to 10 weeks.

I agree with what the others have said. You need to eat way more than 300 calories (otherwise you body goes into a starvation mode and your metabolism slows down).

I am anxious to learn the answer to this question to so if you figure it out let me know. I just started using Fitbit with MyFitnessPal last week and today got a Polar H7 that I intend to use with Digifit and the other two apps. Thanks!
