Hi, I'm 46, in the UK, and, until very recently, a Weight Watcher. I lost 30lbs over 2 years with WW, but found the last year was just me recycling the same 10lbs. I work part time and am a crafter at heart.
I need to lose 70lbs more to achieve the weight I would like to be, and MFP does seem to be helping a great deal! I've taken on a gym membership, with a sensible regime of swimming and circuit training to help kick start a healthier me!
We've (family) also started cutting out the huge amount of carbs we'd been eating, and feel much healthier for it too.
I'm only on my 3rd week, but I'm already down by 2.4lbs, and I am more than thrilled with that!
Anyone want to chat?

Congratulations on what you have done so far. I'm 52 and just started regularly using MFP about two weeks ago and it is very helpful. I am in Idaho in the US.0
