ndj1979... no def not for ever.. just to help me out in the beginning.. i drink it in the car on my way home.. reason:::: usually im starving when i get home.. and grab whatever i find..this is helping me ALOT in that sense im using it as a helping "hand" for dinner,, and to shrink my tummy

im looking for an alternative shake,, as ensure has lots of sugar in it.. had a look at Evox, Futurelife, herbalife etc... it all gets pricy

im also in the hunt for less sugar shake...

it does help sofar...wont be using it for long.. i just wanna curb my cravings, and shrink my tummy to the size its suppose to feel full so.. its a trial... and sofar i like it

I ALSO suffer from that.. doctor tested me.. im aneamic... so just get Autrin caps (at chemists) or what ever you have in your state,, any iron supplement

what is adobo

good point... but.. if it does help for acne on skin.. is that not part of detoxing your body? getting rid of waste? and maybe it does have a healing quality in it for the warts etc, but then.. our outside of body is tougher than our insides, so have to agree there. makes a person wonder :smile:

Ive only started yesterday.. .using 1 tbsp in morning and at night

i dilute it with water.. its not the raw acv i have not detoxed for a while... was thinking if this is good for detox i can use it oh and for weight loss

well.. if it even helps with detox i would be happy... i bought a bottle.. clear apple cider.. so im gonna finish it and see.. cant harm trying.. :)
