  • Your best bet is to get a food/plant based and water soluble vitamin. Our bodies can only absorb so much nutrients at a time. Therefore a One A Day is not fully affective. I would go with a vitamin that is water soluble/plant based and take it twice a day.
  • I am not little. BUT I agree learn to love yourself and be the BEST YOU that you can be! That's my motto for myself this year!
  • I started this on December 1st as well. And would love a support group! I always drink a shake before and AFTER the workout. I drink the Herbalife Shakes and love how they taste.
