before at 196lbs: when i was at 156: im unfortunately back up to 165-167 right now but i am on week two of p90x so hoping to get back there soon! although i dont really care all that much about numbers anymore...i just want to gain muscle and lose body fat %

this. with higher quality foods you have to feed MUCH less because its not pumped with fillers. its much more nutritionally dense! i try to avoid any foods made by the company diamond with all their recalls they have had lately. right now i am feeding Fromm. i also supplement this with The Honest Kitchen dehydrated raw…

i feel your pain...my hips are huge compared to my waist. my thighs are even bigger making it hard to find pants that fit well. if they fit in the hips they dont fit in the thighs usually.

i have a lower back problem and just about anything will mess it up. i chose to do cycling over running for a more low impact type of exercise. maybe look into cycling? its great fun!

my dad is 60 and easily cycles 50 miles (on a road bike of course...:)) never too hold to ride unless you have a medical condition that says otherwise!

Do you have padded cycling shorts? (i recommend 8 or more panel padded shorts...pearl izumis are great!) they definitely help a lot with tush soreness! a properly fit/adjusted saddle will help that also. :) i also dont engage my core enough and my elbows tend to hurt after a long ride. but thats just something i need to…

just put new wheels (forte titans) and tires (michelin lithion 2s) on the bike. wish the blues matched a little better though...
