Just get back on the wagon - you've done it before and can do it again. Remember how good you felt at that weight and visualise yourself as that person. You are that person. Good luck :) xx

Ah thanks for all your replies - what a lovely friendly place! I'd start tracking today, but I've probably eaten my calorie intake for the week today, so a clean fresh start tomorrow!! I've actually tracked what I plan to eat tomorrow just now, as I think I'm gonna find it easier this way (tracking my food the night before…
