  • I've always thought that both scales were off. I bought a cheap one from Target and his has always been off even when I knew my weight. For the sake of checking, My scale says I'm at 155lbs. Still higher than I want, but lower than the one I was at on Saturday.
  • I keep a rather healthy diet and am trying to be at a deficit. But I've been at the same calorie amount for a while and it just seemed that I was maintaining rather than losing.   • I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 125lbs. I have wide hips and back so I might stop at 130lbs and evaluate it then. I'm currently in the healthy BMI range, but I've never been satisfied with my body. I would like to be lean and strong, not just "thin", so that's why I may raise my goal.
  • 19 here! Will be 20 in August! Feel free to add! I really need the extra motivation, I feel like I've hit a plateau in motivation.
