Thanks everyone, that helps a lot! I'm going to give it more time. I'm trying to lose 1lb-1.5lb a week. I think I'll up my net calories a bit to make sure I'm getting the calories I need. I'm doing the Couch To 5K Program which is three days a week and walking for 40 minutes on the days that I don't do it. I lift some weights and do some ab exercises and I'm also thinking about starting a yoga workout. (:
