I use muscle milk 100% whey. It's not clumpy at all.

I'm on yaz and I don't have weight issues from it. I actually don't get a period anymore either. I still get the symptoms like bloating and food cravings. My skin is pretty clear though, I used to have acne issues as well. I think any weight gain would be so small it wouldn't really be noticable anyway.

That's what I use. :ohwell:

 SO GREAT!

Well first of all, good for you for being brave enough to call yourself out. But please don't be hard on yourself. You have been living this way your whole life and it's going to take baby steps to change that. Don't dive in! I took it slowly and while it's only been 2 months it became easier each day. I started off by…

Welcome! Good luck to you and if you'd like to add me I'd be more than happy to be apart of your support system! :flowerforyou:

Pirate Booty is my weakness, I can't not eat it. I just make sure I burn enough calories to earn it.

I would think it depends on what the meds are supposed to do. I had to take my Dad's blood pressure and if it was too high he had to take meds to slow it down. I don't remember the number or what the med was but if it's to lower your pressure maybe there is a connection. You may want to talk it over with your Dr. or even a…

I totally forgot about that, I only changed my weight loss goal! Eek! I don't think I would qualify as active though, I'm only "active" for my work out time.

Ok, phew! I was hoping that would be the case and I wasn't just going back to being a piggy. I tried to ignore it but I know that's not healthy so I have gone over sometimes by 150-300 calories and today I thought well maybe my body needs the food. It's not like I'm eating chips, fast food, candy or anything like that.…

I think it depends on if it's a new one or used.

It's totally okay to fall off the wagon as long as you keep getting back on. You can't change your way of life in just a few months. You're doing great so far! :flowerforyou:

If I'm low on calories they tell me that if you cave then you have to work out harder tomorrow....so which do you want, extra rest or a snack you really don't need? Darn that voice!

I always plan ahead when I want to treat myself. I have to work so much harder to earn it which helps me wanting to eat healthier. It is a lifestyle change and when you first start you can't really splurge.

LOL! Last night I went to red robin and had a caesar chicken wrap and then a mini blizzard. Today I was sooo tempted to go to Mc Donalds and get a cheese burger and fries. Why is it when we give ourselves a little treat we want to ruin all our hard work?! It can be hard at times but when you see the weight fall off and…

I started eating kashi go lean cereal in the evening after dinner but before 7 cause that's my cut off time to eat and it keeps me full until morning. And it's packed with fiber.

I buy 8 grain whole grain bread from costco and the slices are huge so I use one and cut it in half to make a sandwich everyday for lunch and a slice for toast when I'm craving it. It's okay to still have it, just don't eat more than you really need.

Welcome! You can add me if you'd like some support. Good luck!

I had similar problems in August and it lasted for 3-4 days and it hurt to breath, sit, lay, stand, basically move at all. I took some left over vicodin for the pain. ( bad i know but it was the only thing to numb the pain) finally on a Sunday I decided I would call my dr the next day but then it was gone and never came…
