I was told in boot camp that my picture should be put next to the word "Polish" and was asked to do the chicken dance...doubt it helps answer your question, but apparently I look very "Polish" lol. On a side note, my maiden name was Niewiadomski and my grandfather has the polish flag tattooed on his arm :laugh:

I log the day before! Keeps me accountable and allows me to keep track of my macros. Plus, no worries about if I will go over/under calories, etc.

Yep! I use a chair to help myself as well. That way I can do what reps I can and use the chair to assist me in the rest. I found that over time I was able to do more without help once I developed the muscles and kept pushing myself harder :smile:

The 1800 calories is TOTAL, not net. The nutrition plan accounts for the exercise burn already. Some days of the plan will burn more than others, so it will all average out. That being said, it would be best if you manually change MFP to reflect the 1800 calorie goal and either not log the exercise, or put the exercise in…

I feel the same way...plus, I want to show the people on my friends list that you can EAT to lose weight and reach goals. A lot of people, especially females, think less food is the key and I like to prove that yes, I not only practice what I preach, but it works!!

I could have written this myself...eat to fuel the body and the weight will come off. Not only that, but you will make the lifestyle changes needed to keep the weight off :smile:

5'4 112# I exercise 5x/week, 1 hour at a time...lots of heavy lifting and keep semi-active outside of exercise I eat 1800-2000 a day and still lose. All my progress and results has been at the 1800 calorie range (no less than 1600)

Mine is always lengthy lol. Unless I have added a recipe, my meals look like I am eating the whole grocery store lol.
