I'm also looking for a community to help stay on track. My weight has slowly crept up over the last 4 years, and I'm carrying ~35 pounds extra. I don't feel healthy, or want to stay in this poor shape. Starting out slow, but hopefully with a daily steady consistency in healthy eating and exercise.
