I agree you are eating too little if you are kickboxing an hour 6 days a week. Up your calories per day by a couple hundred and eat back some of your burned calories. BUT... You have also chosen a seriously intense workout. I did boxing in high school. I was young and not eating on a diet, yet I would also be out cold as…

Look into body sugaring, much less painful than waxing. The pain you do endure with sugaring is worth it though.

Do what you can with the body you have! As long as you are sweating and exhausted at the end of the workout you are doing it right. If you need a 5 second breather here and there take it. If you watch the video closely you will notice all the "pros" taking quick breaks as well. In month 2 there will probably be more…

Welcome Katie! I too am married to a stick man... He is 6'3" and 150ish pounds. I have to force feed him so he doesn't lose weight. And I have alter all my meals so I don't gain weight. I have found ways to keep the two of us happily fed. FR sent!

Just started Jillian's 30DS yesterday after finishing my 63 day round of Insanity. I'll help keep you motivated!

I'm so sorry for what you are going through right now... You are worth more than this... Seriously... You are more than a number on a scale. And especially when you are grieving... The stress of grief alone can cause someone to gain weight even without eating anymore. I can't even fathom how someone could say that. He's…

Then make sure you never date someone who has had traumatic experiences that have affected their way of dealing with such situations. So before you start dating someone sit her down and ask if she has ever been violated in one way or another. (This is sarcasm BTW) A few years ago at work... a coworker started by touching…

Just hypothetically... What would you do if he had done this to your daughter? Picture what you would do... Now do the same to stick up for yourself!

I'm in! These last pounds are going to be difficult... But I'm sooo done with them, just like I am with winter!

The 'Sorry" vaccine... without this you will return home and say sorry multiple times, even when something is not your fault. The Tim-Bit vaccine... without this you will be pummeled with timbits. Beaver Fever vaccine... without this you will start gnawing on wood.

Do you look 5 months pregnant when you first wake up in the morning? I am no expert, but I have had issues with this when I was at my lowest weight due to digestion issues. I found adding a fiber supplement helped. I really liked Greens+ because it was also full of vitamins.

I tell people who will cheer me on through the race. Negative/pessimists mo way. It's the same with quitting smoking. You are supposed to tell people so it makes you accountable, but at the same time you want to tell people who will support you "if" you fall, not snicker.
