It will definitely take a couple of days before you can actually enjoy water. I don't drink a lot of soft drinks, but if I drink a fair bit of it in a day, I find it really hard to drink water as it just tastes weird. The next day I am just fine with water again. and definitely drink filtered water!

There are too many movies that could be in the top 5, but I decided to just quickly write my list.. thought of some movies that I can happily watch over and over and over again. Walk the line The Fugitive Jackie Brown Love, actually Girl with a pearl earring

Absolutely love love love Aldi! I would recommend that you go in just to take a look at everything and maybe buy one or two things each time, so you get to try them out and figure which products you like. There are also Aldi dedicated facebook groups that are great for finding out about different products.

I moved from Finland to Australia. If I moved somewhere now.... hmm... I think somewhere middle Europe (Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands etc) or Japan.

I feel like it is cheating only if you don't log it! I log absolutely everything, even if I eat not healthy foods (which is often). Then I know how much I have gone over my calorie limit and know how to balance it out during the next few days. That way you don't have to feel guilty about it.

I don't really eat the traditional breakfast things in the morning... Now I seem to eat a chicken breast and salad every morning for breakfast. That keeps me going for quite a while.
-
Oh wow, that's amazing! Will definitely keep that in mind. :) Thank you!

I just bought some chia seeds today and was wondering how much to have daily.. is it possible to have too many in a day? Sorry if it is a silly question, but I have no idea.

For me, cheat days are definitely planned, and I don't log what I eat on those days. But on normal days, I log everything. If I end up eating too much, I make up for it throughout the rest of the week. But of course, what works for one, might not work for someone else.
-
Log it all and make up for it during the next few days (eating slightly less calories or work out a bit extra).
-
You guys really are super inspiring!

I just looked that I need to lose over 20lbs (10kgs) until my BMI goes under 50. Eek! Oh well, nice goal to have anyway. :)

I hate the word fat and don't ever use it to describe myself. I always say big. I think that for some people, calling themselves fat is the 'doing it before someone else does it'. I am sure that many of us have nastily been told by other people how fat we are :(
