I love Think Thin protein bars. Luna bars are the best. They are an overall nutrition bar but offer protein bars too.

Try to snack on fruits & veggies. Luna bars are wonderful too. Here is a recipe for a PMS Smoothie: 6oz of milk 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup 1/2 banana 1/2 cup strawberries 1 kiwi fruit ice I drink this while my aunt is town as well Good luck ladies.

:flowerforyou: First I breathe & try to calm down. Second I keep a record of my trigger foods. Once I know those foods I do my best not to keep them in my house. Which is quite hard cuz my triggers are some of friends & family fav foods. Try to find ways to calm before the binge. I count to 200 and breathe between each…
