I'm totally with you. I didn't eat too much over my calorie goal but today was filled with cheat foods. I still worked out but I ate way way bad. It's okay, I am not letting it get me down and I am still going to continue doing what I've been doing, as should you! Good Luck!

Just did my 2nd fit test and I am amazed at how far I've come in only 15 days. I can't wait to see what happens in 60 days! I started the program yesterday afternoon and I did my first actual workout this morning. I really do prefer to workout in the morning. I do feel like I have more energy in the morning and I'm happy that the hard workout is over now haha. So...I guess I just agree with this post A LOT.

Just started today! Let me tell you, the fit test was difficult but I will stick this out and complete this program. I know it will be worth it.
