  • I had a breast reduction in June of 2011. I went from a 42gg to a 42C. I do not regret it at all! I would do it again in a heart beat. I too am done having children. My confidence went through the roof and my clothes fit so much better. My back, shoulder and neck pain is gone. You will not regret it.
  • Capri or down to the ankle stretch leggings, ankle socks, tennis shoes, sports bra and a t-shirt or tank top. I am looking to upgrade to moisture wicking shirt and pants in the future.

  • The only way I know how to figure it as close to exact as possible is with a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM). I have to get one myself but I know a lot of people use them.
  • Drinking ICE cold water does burn more calories according to Bob Harper of The Biggest Loser and it is metabolized more quickly in your body.
