what are your june goals? :)

yes its not january first of a new year so new goals- but for me, today being june first is EXTREMELY important :) i had a tough few months with home issues as well as working way to much OT so this month i am dedicating to a new fresh start. My goals? lots of them :)
1. run/walk no less then 4 miles a day 6x a week
2. allow myself ONLY 1 latte 1x a week
3. no junk food= anything with a drive thru including starbucks food because its PACKED with sodium.
4. i'm from seattle so i want to roller blade the full 9 miles along Alki Beach at least 2x

so there we have it.. lets hope i dont let myself down!

    Starting today my goal is no sugar for the rest of the summer(race season) Natural sugar like in fruit, milk, etc is okay. But I am not going to eat any candy, pastries, ice cream, and so on. Wish me luck cause I am addicted to hot tamales and chocolate!

    My June goal is to lose another 7 lbs before my dress fitting on the 17th and for my bachelorette party on the 18th!

    OOOOOOOOOOOOO, 100 mile challenge sounds funn! (:

    1. 100 mile challenge.
    2. no more than 24oz of DIET PEPSI a week.
    3. no fast food (including subway)
    4. lose 15 pounds.

    June Goals:

    1. Run at least 33 miles
    2. Lose a minimum of 10lbs.
    3. Do a 1 push up not on my knees
    4. Eat nothing that come from a fast food place (not even a salad)
    I think that's it for now :)

    ****JUNE GOALS****
    - Gym 4x/week, workouts at home when not at the gym. I want a SOLID MONTH of workouts, even if it's just a walk in the park or some wii games!
    - Average of 9,000 steps/day for June.
    -10 more pounds by June 18th (25 lbs total) for road trip!
    -2 more pounds (27lbs total) for my birthday on June 27th

    The weight loss ones might be tough to reach BUT the reason I set them high is so that I'll shoot for them with everything I have.

    I've decided that I need to hit the gym every day that it's open in June (every week day) UNLESS:
    - I am seriously sick to my stomach
    - Some catastrophe happens to prevent me from making it to the gym

    I just blogged them...

    1. Get that hair cut I talked about

    2. Walk the dogs 30 daily (tough because this is TX and it is HOT)

    3. Bowl 4-6 days a week; 2 games'Swim 1-3 Days a week (with kids)

    4. Make a doctors appointment for my overdue yearly...

    5. Plan my meals

    6. Find a friend to work out with 2-3 days a week at the gym

    7. Spend some time with God daily

    8. Smile more

    9: Stay within my calories every day

    10: Track everything

    1. Drop 5 pounds
    2. if june 30 i am 5 pounds lighter - reward - (tattoo)
    3. run 4 miles consistently by june 30 (currently at 2 - 3 on weekends)
    4. Eat better -

    I have my first skydive jump paid for and scheduled for June 25 - a Christmas gift when I was 265 lbs.

    I have to be <225 (with clothes) :wink: :laugh: by June 25. I'm 220 no clothes. :blushing: 227 with clothes. I'd like to be 220 with clothes by June 25!

    I am going on vacation on the 29th, so before then I'd like to:
    *Lose a pound or two more.
    *Get some more definition in my abs
    * Finish CLX Burn phase (just started this Monday)

    Finish the 30 Day Shred by June 18, then go back to 3x/wk weight lifting
    Do cardio 6 times/wk (alternating walking/running/elliptical, and aerobics)
    Stay under my calorie goals every day this month
    Stay off the scale until June 30th!

    My goals are simple (for now) :laugh:
    - Lose 2 pounds a week
    - Eat veggies at LEAST 1 time a day
    - Drink at LEAST 8 cups of water a day
    - Run at least 3 days a week
    - Do one fun thing with each of my children individually
    - Leave one encouraging note for my husband a week :smooched:

    But I am now thinking about the 100 mile challange!

    everyone has such awesome goals.. we can do this :) and to add to mine.. lose 15 lbs... i think thats achievable.. right? :noway:

    Mine is pretty simple. I'm at my goal weight so I will just continue my maintenance.

    My goal is to walk (treadmill or outdoors with the fam) 6 days per week.

    Each month I plan on doing something different in the excercise relm. I've got to get my butt back in shape (literally!)

    Hmmm...I also have lots of them! I was hoping to have been close to my goal by now, but have not lost anything since mid May...So for the month of June..

    I want to:

    wake up early for AM workouts at least 3x a week
    Start running at least 1x a week (this is a low number but I am NOT a runner at all!)
    Cut back on my carbs big time (whole grain only and limit to 1-2 servings before 2pm)
    Decrease sugar from my diet
    Lose 1-2 lbs a week, ideally 8-10 by the end of June

    Stop working so many jobs! ( I have 3) so that I can actually invest some time in looking and feeling better.

    June Goals

    1. Complete a full month of zig zagging calories....using calorie calculations provided by AggieCasso9.....

    2. Strength train w/cardio 3 days a week with 2 days of cardio only and 2 days of rest based on bodybuilding.com program recommended by clintswifeymomof4....

    3. Drink 96 oz of water daily....

    4. Get to bed by 11pm S-Th....

    5. 40 Miles for the June Move Your *kitten* Challenge...

    6. Work out 22 days....

    7. Burn 10,100 cals....

    Make it through 30 day Shred.
    Build a good mini routine of Run/Jog/Walk in the AM and PM at LEAST this month...It is summer. ;)
    Swim on a weekly-biweekly basis, and get my tan on IN A BIKINI to keep me motivated.
    Drink more Water
    Get more Sleep
    Cut back on Sugar
    BUY SHORTS! I never wear those things...icky legs...but I'mma do it! :) lololol

    June Goals:

    1)Get in 5x a wk workout even if its just walking for 1/2 hr. [It is HARD for me to work out w/work & school. SO this i am TRYING!] :)

    2)drink more water! [i drink like 2 glasses a day ;/]

    3)Lose @ least 1lb a wk. :)

    Wake up early to exercise
    Walk/run 100 miles by July 1st.
    Drink 72 oz of water per day
    Give up soda/drinks
    Eat more fruits and vegetables than carbs
