Hi there! That is a big difference. If it were me, I'd definitely start with P90x nutrition program because it was designed Specifically for the exercise you're doing, however Id monitor it and see how you feel. Im sure you'll be able to feel it if you're not eating enough. I hope this helps :-) Phill

That's a great calculator Dougie - I've searched everywhere for an idea of calories burned by insanity and whilst, as mentioned, you really need a heart rate monitor to get an accurate read, this at least gives me a good idea. Thanks for sharing :wink:
