I'm a metalhead with a hiphop background and I like a lot of dif stuff. But, my list will have to be metal. \m/

    Alexisonfire - Boiled Frogs
Baptized in Blood - Dirty Back
    Deftones- Bored

My motivation is some good, lively polka music! Am hoping the weight loss and exercise goals I have set will get my husband and I back on the dance floor! We also love Big Band music as well.

Seriously - do yourself a favor and check it out.

I know that the mud run Run For Your Lives! (Zombie infested 5k) uses this song in their promotional video... Yeah, pretty good.

Definately to start it has to be:

Feel the Love feat. John Newman - Rudimental

    Then to finish:

Louder feat. Sian Evans - DJ Fresh

    BT - "Forget Me"

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gNUCsvwhYsQ

    The whole song is great...

The refrain, however, is what does it for me...

"I don't know what you want me to be, but I don't want to be perfect anymore."

That always gives me a little kick to be more myself and my truest self - he's a lot tougher than I give him credit for.

    Jasta- The Fearless must endure

    Hatebreed- Destroy Everything
    In ashes they shall reap

If you fail with those songs it's because you are already dead, Fact!!!
  • Rolling in the Deep ~Adele Has nothing to do with my run, but she gets belting that song out, and I don't know, feels like I can just move faster!! Also pretty much anything by Daft Punk has a fast enough beat for me to haul to!
