I don't know too much about pre-blended shakes, but one recommendation I have is maybe blend them at night and put them in the fridge for the morning? Then you don't have to do it in the morning.

Thanks for the responses so far. To answer some questions, it really doesn't feel like the muscle, almost more of the bone. I haven't done squats in about a week, and I'm gonna wait another week before I do them again and then hope the pain doesn't return

Are you insane? Serious question. It blows my mind at people who try to lose weight in the unhealthiest ways. 1000 calories a day will do nothing but slow your metabolism WAY down, you won't lose a thing. if you want to put it into an actual recipe id suggest pancakes! I always make my pancakes with the same recipe = equal parts greek yogurt, egg whites, and oat flour! sooo yummy and thick :)

when you eat too little (which 1200 calories is) you actually slow down your metabolism, thats probably why you arent losing weight. When I started myfitnesspal i was eating 1400 calories a day and doing TONS of cardio and didn't lose weight for months. I bumped up my calories to about 1700, stopped doing so much cardio,…
