I lost 20 pounds, gained it all back, and then some. I was working out like crazy, and not eating nearly enough. I lost the weight really fast. Once I stopped working out 2-3 hours a day, the weight just came right back on. I started to pay more attention to my social life and I wasn't as worried about my health. I'm…

Good luck! This is a great place to accomplish your goals :)

No... you weigh just the meat.

What do you do?
-
love this!!!
-
Looking good! Keep up the good work! :)

I do that too! When I'm out with friends I ALWAYS add up what they're eating & I even tell them how many calories they're eating sometimes! I agree, it is pretty motivating to see that you're making good choices!

I just downloaded a bunch of them! Thanks!

I have the same problem. I eat a good breakfast every day. I find that I'm "hungry" when I think about food or eating... Once I start thinking about it, I can't get my mind off of it, & I trick myself into thinking I actually am hungry.

Oh definitely. That's my worst problem. I crave chocolate and sweets more than I ever did before I started my weight loss journey. I've been trying to be a little less strict with my diet to see if the cravings go away. You just have to try to see what works for you.

I cook my quinoa in chicken broth usually. I love it. It can be used in the place of rice, on top of salads, anything really. I've also cooked it in water, & then added a bit of spaghetti sauce to it for flavor. You could also mix it with your favorite veggies.

Boredom & when I'm tired! It's habit too. I have to try really hard not to be eating all the time. If I'm thinking about eating, I'll make myself wait 10 minutes. Once it's in my head though, I can't get it out, and my mind starts to think i'm actually hungry.

I have one right now for "zero effort nutrition" & I always see the one about the banana! But we're smarter than those ad people so we know that banana's are good for you!

I use pro complete 40 chocolate protein. It's 40 grams of protein for 200 calories. & It's TASTY!
-
you look fantastic!!

I used to use Jillian's protein, but it doesn't dissolve very well, so you end up with a chunky drink. It's only 15 grams of protein (100 calories) per scoop. I have Pro Complete 40 now, & it tastes and dissolves better. It has 20 grams of protein & 100 calories per scoop. It's not much more expensive, and it's totally…

Wow! You look awesome! Keep up the great work!

I do both. You can burn a lot of calories on both machines. I found that I burn more calories than the elliptical & treadmill say with my HRM. I would go with whatever makes you feel like you're getting a better workout. But remember to switch it up every once in a while!

SO motivating! Congratulations!

You're totally right! My weight has stayed the same for 3 weeks, but my measurements have gone down. Congrats on your inches :))

I like everyone on here better than all my friends on fb :) hahahah

I'd warm up at 3.5. Then walk at 3.8 or so if you can. then jog at your regular 4.0 Keep your intervals around 3.2 ish looks good other than that!

Try to keep your sodium at about 1,000-1,500mg a day. That should make a big difference on it's own!

You've hit a plateau because you're not eating enough. Your body is holding on to whatever you eat because it doesn't know when it's going to get food again, and it has to save that energy because you're exercising. If you up your calories to a healthy amount, your body will allow itself to let go of what it's holding…
