Hey everyone! So I just discovered Fitness Traxx, and it is too good not to share! This is a series of FREE podcasts of workouts and fitness music, I just downloaded the Treadmill Intervals Level 1 and 2, heard the cycling one is awesome for a DIY spinning workout too. Just go to iTunes and search for Fitness Traxx, let me know if you already use it and have some favs! :)

Tried treadmill intervals Level 2 today! LOVE it! Definitely a challenge, MAJOR inclines and I'm not gonna lie, I had to rest a few times, and couldn't keep up with all the increased inclines. Can't wait for the day that I can power through the entire podcast! The music adjusts BPM depending on your speed, and although it's more like trance music than hits by Katy Perry and Lady Gaga, the adorable Brooklyn DJ narrator makes you want to listen :)

Let me know if you try it and like it! Or any others from Fitness Traxx, this was my first!

    Brilliant.
    Thank you.
    Just subscribed.
Can I ask a possible stupid question.

    The inclines talk about percentages.
If I put my incline up to 8 it would be almost vertical!!
My gym has ones with .5 incriments - I think they are Life Fitness?
Please tell me it's not that a size of incline!?

I actually kinda wondered the same thing. But my treadmill is in .5 increments too, so I changed it to 3,6,8,12 etc. The podcast never goes higher than 12%, which was very tough, but not actually vertical. I had to reduce the incline, I couldn't keep up with it, but I think the idea is that it should be really hard. As with any workout, you should adjust it for your fitness level and goals. Good luck!
