  • sorry, love the whole egg i wouldnt be able to eat just the whites. and its not that bad for you either if you eat in moderation like 2 a day but not every day kinda deal.

  • circuit training is the closest thing to it here. even though I change my calories burned to 200 (they say I burn more than that) but I know that personally I don't burn more than 200 cals on it. oh and I'm on level 1, I guess you burn more on the higher levels. :happy: :happy:
