You look awesome! Great job!

Love it! I don't have to log cardio and it makes me want to get up and get moving just to see how many calories I can burn. Actually, one of my coworkers convinced me to get it. She had gone from 180 to 135 in about 6 months and said that her Fitbit helped her out a lot! I'm with pp though, best health and fitness…

I have a FitBit and I love it! I'm not even going to lie.....I get up at work just to walk around and then I sync up with MFP just to see how many more calories I burned and how many more I can eat! It sync up very well and you never have to put in an exercise, unless it's strength or swimming, etc.... It's works fairly…

You look awesome! Job well done!

Welcome! WW also didn't work for me. I cancelled as well and came over to MFP. Haven't looked back since!
-
You look awesome! Keep up the good work!

When I've hit a plateau, I have actually increased my calories by 150 and started dropping weight again the next day. Don't ask me about science because I know nothing about it. All I know is that is what worked for me.

You look gorgeous! Great job!

You're not alone. Friend me and I will support you 110%. Good luck on this journey!

Feel free to add me! I am 5'2 1/2 and need to lose at least 60 pounds. I have started my exercise and healthy eating routine again and have lost 8.2 pounds so far.
-
The same thing happened to me. I lost 36 pounds last November and then gained 40 back by May. Back on the band wagon though. I will support you!
-
That is definitely me! I have been skinny forever and then all of a sudden, I start to get older and put on over 70 pounds. Lost some, gained some, lost more, gained more! It's ridiculous how much I didn't pay attention to what I was eating because I thought I'd always be thin. HA.....!!! Been back on the band wagon for 6…

I don't think there is anything wrong with seeing your PCP about weight loss and your health. As a matter of fact, that is exactly what I did two weeks ago. I have lost 8.2 pounds since seeing her and don't feel bad about it at all. She is monitoring what I eat, how much I eat and doing blood work. She referred me to a…

I loves my FitBit. I have a HRM and it bugs the crap out of me so I never wear it. Plus, I wore both once and found that my FitBit is pretty accurate as far as calories burned. I do a lot of cardio so they both give me the same amount of calories burned most of the time. I say get a FitBit if you walk, jog, run more than…

I count water and black coffee as water. If I put cream and sugar in it, I do not count the coffee.

This is so true. You also look amazing. Looks like you've lost more than 25 lbs...

You are beautiful and look fabulous!!! Great job!

I usually do cinnamon sugar and a half a pack of Stevia in the Raw if I want it a little more sweeter than usual.

I am taking Welbutrin, Abilify, and Lexapro. I have lost weight and I haven't been exercising as much as I usually do so I was a bit surprised to see weight decreases when I step on the scale. But every med is different for every person. I see that Lexapro have caused others to gain and so has Welbutrin. That hasn't been…

I managed to do itg at 160 pounds, 240 pounds, and 220 pounds. You will master the exercises as time goes on. Some were easy the fist day, some were not manageable for me on the first day. I was good on 98% of the exercises by day 7 and Level 1 became a breeze after day 8. All in all, it is a great workout and well worth…

I wear mine on my bra strap and I can't feel it all day.

I personally like my FitBit better than I like my HRM. But that is just me. I like to see my mileage, steps, and approximate calories burned. I also like the fact that I can wear it all day and that it automatically links up with MFP and I don't have to go worrying about how many more calories I need to burn, etc... My HRM…

I have also used my HRM with my fitbit and they are always within the same calorie range. It might be different for some but it's always pretty accurate for me. Not to mention that both are really just estimates and nothing is exact.
-
It does for exercises where it can count the steps. When I swim, lift, or use the elliptical, I do not use it and I manually enter my activity. I know it won't be accurate. It also isn't water proof. If I walk, jog, run, do Zumba, use the treadmill, or do Dance Central, I use it and do not log it as it links my stats up…
-
I use it and I love it! It syncs very well with MFP and it does so quickly, usually within 2-4 minutes of me pulling the info up.

You look AMAZING!

I get Charley Horses all of the time, especially in my feet and calves. They hurt so freaking bad and I don't even want anyone to touch me.....I can't even massage them myself they hurt so bad. At least you feel better today so that is good. I felt sick yesterday like I couldn't eat anything and I knew that it was my…

;-), Well that made me smile! Thanks.....I've been trying!

Good point! But just do it and also find some things that interest you. I know that I cannot get on a treadmill every day. I would get bored and quit. So, I do Zumba, I do the 30 Day Shred, I still use the treadmill sometimes but throw weight lifting in there too. I take long walks outside with a friend and just talk and…
