Ok ladies/gentlemen.....I started the year off just the way I intended; exercising. Yup, my first exercise of 2013 was the 30 DS. It felt great. Then I topped the night off with Egg Nog! Happy shredding and good luck on everyone's first day's attempt at the 30 DS.
