So... I've entered a power-lifting competition so I've been deloading and working my way back up to the higher weights. I've worked my way up to .. Squat - 75kg 5x5 Bench - 50kg 3x5 Dead-lift - 102.5kg 1x5 Doing squats 5x5 is now getting real tiring!!! :(

My goals for this month are: Squat: 160lb Deadlift: 200lb - I've done this at 1RM but i want 3/5 sets :) OHP: 71lbs Bench: 88lbs Rows: 90lbs Here's hoping!

There is only 1 power rack and one smith machine in my gym, it's classed as a 'fitness center' and has about 30 treadmills and ellipticals so sometimes I have to wait but very rarely. Everyone sits in front of the mirrors doing biceps! :D

The depo injection made me crazy!! I only had one shot last October and that was enough, I did not want any more. Although people say it does not make you gain weight, i didn't change anything with my diet and exercise regime and i gained 7lbs outta nowhere. Yeah, I can only do the bar with two 1.25kg plates on, I did actually 55lbs, but I only managed one set and decided to deload. That sounds similar to my press, I was doing 66lb for atleast 4 workouts before i finally managed to complete the 5 sets. It's confusing with the whole kg and lbs, I suppose it's the country…

I'm pretty new here :) But today I felt great squatting 47.5kg, or 100lbs (i think) , on Friday it will be 50kg :D Is it weird to actually fear the weights, because when it's on my back I'm like whoa 'am I going to be able to get back up!'.
