1. 174.5 2. gained actually :-( 3. recomitting to a healthy diet and exercise. Getting back on the wagon 4. log food everyday and exercise at least 3x/week. At least 1 lb loss 5. I'm going for 20 lbs by Christmas.

Just a quick question. Are you guys doing this everyday or are you taking days of rest every two days or so?

So I had an awful week. Gained 1/2 lb. Way too much stress eating which has always been my problem. Have to get the scale moving back in the right direction for next week.

Down 1.5 lbs. Almost made it. Just have to focus on exercise more....Oh and stay away from the kids cookies :bigsmile:

Starting tonight!! Also, to anyone that has little kids, it they are like mine, you may want to get or make them their own "weights". Last time I started 30 DS, my little ones were always wanting to work out with me and kept trying to steal my weights. Much easier to get through if they have their own. :wink:

This sounds like a great goal, and very doable. Hoping this will hope motivate me and get me back on track. Very excited!! Feel free to add me as a friend. More the merrier. 40 more just happens to be my goal anyway, so this is perfect :smile:
