Please add me to group! Was a longtime Fitbit user but disliked them not being waterproof. Just got Garmin Connect HR and so far so good. It feels more comfortable than Fitbit HR I owned. So much to learn. Love gadgets and this looks like a nice one. Have it connected to MyFitnessPal for food logging.

Agree PB2 flavor not intense and waste of calories! Maybe with vanilla protein would have had more PB taste.

Tried this first time last night and really loved it. Next time-- use a bigger bowl-- it was flying over the top! I used 1/4 cup 30 cal almond milk, half frozen banana, 1/4 cup chocolate protein and 1/2 tsp gum stuff. Oh and a little PB2!

Did perfect yesterday and posting on this thread really helped me stick to my pre planned evening snack! Wow felt so good. JFT Wednesday 1. Just ordered xanthan gum from Amazon. Never heard of this stuff but willing to try. Protein powder, milk, X gum , and maybe pb2???? Question- can I use a vitamin rather than holding hand mixer for 10 minutes? Anyone willing to share recipes would be appreciated.

I believe my Jenny Craig consultant told me its 20% exercise and 80% food! She has seem folks with very little exercise be successful, however it's so much faster and better for you to add in whatever exercise you can do. Also Maintainers were more likely to be exercises. Makes sense to me. A short walk won't compensate…

I shop at Aldi too. Love their lime fat free yogurt-- tastes like key lime pie to me! I love their low fat cottage cheese with a chopped apple and cinnamon! Their cereals are great too. I even found steel cut oats!

You folks were right-- scoop found. I was transferring powder to smaller container and my large spoon felt something! My buried treasure-THE GOLD SCOOP, I did fill the scoop and weighed it. Thanks for the help. I got the double chocolate flavor and it's pretty good!

Exerbeat is my favorite . Has dance, karate, pilates, and step! Also exercise More has great step exercises. Im a wii nut and have lots of exercise games.
