  • Hey! You're off to a great start! I started yesterday as well. I try and do intervals on my treadmill...since it's been a while, I've started at 20 minutes yesterday and today. Gonna work on my time and speed in the coming week :) No pain, No loss!

  • Thanks for all your input. I have no problem doing aerobic type workouts but when it comes to jumping jacks or running or jogging, My legs cannot hold up!   • I workout 60 min everyday with a fitness program on my xbox and every 10 workouts it tracks my weight and heart rate in a fitness challenge so everytime I workout it says I'm only burning around 230 cals. I see where some people burn 500, 600 even up to 800 cals a day. Do I need to do more than 60 min? And what are you all…
  • I was wondering if anyone here has ever used this workout? I'm using it now and I'm doing 1 hour every day. It focuses on a different area everyday.   • I was wondering if you actually build muscle walking. I've been walking the treadmill at 3 mph pace on an incline of 6.0 and was wondering am I building muscle in my legs?
